Our founder, Christie Kerner, sat down with Cassandra for an episode of her Clean Beauty Podcast to discuss how + why we created a mascara that is so very clean (and yet works so well!).
In this episode we hear the inside scoop on how such a clean mascara was created, and celebrate the fact that the Think Dirty App, who rates products on a scale of 0 to 10 for their level of “dirty” (0=clean, 10=dirty) rated our length + definition mascara formula a zero – the best score possible!
For context, the current best selling mascara products (Maybelline Great Lash® and L’Oreal Voluminous®) were rated at 8 and 9. Even a more modern mascara product, Thrive Causemetics’ Liquid Lash Extentions® mascara was rated at a 5. The level of clean we attained, the coveted Zero Dirty mark, is quite remarkable for a mascara.
